About our President, George Wright:
George has over twenty-five years' experience as a management consultant and he is the founder and President of WrightOne Consulting. He specializes in psychological assessment analysis, organizational assessment as well as leadership and team development. He helps clients with selection, development, performance management, strategy formulation, and change management.
He also conducts training workshops and seminars to meet the needs of our clients. Some of the programs he regularly delivers include: Conducting Effective Performance Reviews, Performance Management: Enhancing Employee Performance, The Fundamentals of Supervising Others, Team Building: Developing High Performance Teams and Time Management: Get Focused for Peak Performance.

In addition, he is an Adjunct Instructor at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, NJ, teaching Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Introductory Psychology. He also works with Rutgers University and New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) delivering customized training programs to a wide range of organizations in NJ. He has presented at industry conferences and seminars as well as authored articles for our monthly newsletter, the WrightNote, and other traditional Media and on-line publications. George is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Sociology. He holds a Master’s Degree from Radford University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Economics. Additionally, he has studied Technology Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
