George Wright:
George has over twenty years' experience as a management consultant and is the founder and Principal of WrightOne Consulting. He specializes in psychological assessment analysis, organizational assessment as well as leadership and team development. He has experience helping clients with selection, executive development, performance management, strategy formulation, change management and organizational development.
His industry experience includes working with a wide array of organizations from publicly held 'blue chips’ to smaller privately held organizations in the US and internationally. Offering hands-on experience and technical skill, George can address the distinctive business needs of clients. His delivery experience includes single person assignments and managing consulting teams where large and/or multi-disciplinary assignments require additional capabilities and skills.
George is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelors in Psychology & Sociology. He also has a Masters Degree from Radford University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Economics. Additionally, he has studied Technology Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is an Adjunct Instructor in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, NJ.
George is a recognized key thought leader within various industries, presenting at industry conferences and seminars as well as authoring articles for trade publications.
